The last month has been extremely busy and this might be a good to time to reflect, summarize  and share key events and insights.

TeQflo can be condensed down to 2 things; creating customer value through digitalisation and creating a great workplace for our employees. 

First of all, a warm welcome to our new co-workers! Since August we’ve welcomed 4 (1) new great colleagues reinforcing our cross functional team. 

First out was Martin Hallbeck, a talented business controller now growing in business intelligence and modelling of decisions, rules and processes. Second came Jonas Lundh, a key recruitment adding competence in digital marketing and our Grow offering. Third, Johan Lidåker joined us being a super skilled IT consultant handling most challenges.

Finally, this week, Martin Carlsson joined us and reinforcing our skills in networks and with gaming experience coming to good use for professional purposes. I’m so proud seeing your bright minds being put to action and the energy and attitude you’ve brought along with you!

By employing Johan Lidåker, we also launched TeQflo Jönköping. We aspire to gradually grow a local customer base and recruit talented people as we find them. We enter a challenging market with open eyes. 

Nonetheless, we know there are motivated and skilled people attracted to well run young growth companies where involvement, fulfillment and building a great company together matters more than purely extrinsic motivation and hierarchy. Interested (?), connect with us on TeQflo.teamtailor.com. 

We’re very happy to find increased interest in TeQflo signaled by an increase in connects and applications. We piece together a puzzle with competences, customers, matching with candidates ambitions and of course timing. Though I really would like to bring aboard all the talented people, we need to grow and run TeQflo responsibly. Please bare with us, recruitments wave 2 will commence shortly. We already see gaps to fill. On the subject, following our mindset character diversity, we’ve met and applied for the initiative Match IT where foremost immigrants with IT education get a chance to polish up their skills for about 6 months before host companies provide internships leading to real jobs. Hopefully, we’re selected providing an excellent chance of expanding our minds and knowledge while embracing a skilled person into society. As one of our core values state, we care for you while achieving character diversity for enriched lives. 

On the customer side, so much interesting work has been initiated. Diving into gamification has been a lot of fun and in business intelligence raising the bar entering decision, rules and process modeling. Another highlight was being selected by Arc Aroma Pure to promote oliveCEPT with inbound marketing. We are honored and excited! Inbound marketing is really drawn attention as more are looking for smarter digitalised ways to Grow. Next 3 months will be very interesting. Heads up for news and open positions. 

Last month has for me personally been speech intensive. First out was a keynote speech for the purchase department of Region Skåne on Digitalisation, Change and the willingness to Change. The key takeaway was the connection of digitalization drivers, digitalisation, generation Y, motivation 3.0, flow, gamification, teal organisations and Bruce Lee. Not the usual suspects I’ll admit, very interesting connections looking ahead. At EFL we shared insights on digital marketing twice, first at a digital marketing course and secondly at a hotspot on digitalization. Hard work and a lot of fun, thank you for giving us a chance to share and (hopefully) shine! 

Now it’s time to return to the core, focus on wowing our customers and build a great company for all our co-workers. That’s where TeQflo started and its always the core of what we should be. Thank you all the hardworking coworkers, customers that enable building TeQflo and all our partners and supporters. Together we thrive!
